Howie Jackman
Toronto, Ontario
Howie was introduced to the sport in Germany. Howie is the President and Training Director for the Capital City Schutzhund Club. Successfully coaching handlers and training club dogs to trial at local, national and international events. Howie has trained and competed with various dogs. Howie also does the majority of the helper work for the club and coaches our new and upcoming helpers. Howie trained his German import Fina v Harzofen to a SchH. 3. Fina is retired due to injury's.
Occassionally breeding under the kennel name de Bellator. Howie is now working with his young dog Dare de Bellator.
Cathie Pierson
Toronto, Ontario
Cathie has been a member of the GSSCC since 1983. She has titled many dogs to various degrees. She has competed successfully at regional national and international events. Cathie raised Xanto vom Hollbachgrund, competing in many regional, national and international events including the WUSV championships in Slovania.
Cathy is now working with Ben vd Eisspitzen and has titled him to SchH. 3 with many high scores. Cathie is raising also raising her puppy Evil de Bellator.
John Marhan
King City, Ontario
John has been a member of the GSSCC since 1992. He put a B on his first dog Thunder. John has put a two on Caine. A work accident a few years ago had stopped John from proceeding with his work with Caine. John is now training Capo de Bellator.
John has put his BH and SchH. 1 on Cappo with a 93 in protection. John and Cappo received their SchH. 2 with high score in tracking, protection, High score in SchH. 2 and High score in Trial.
 
April Lensen
Pefferlaw, Ontario
A member of the GSSCC since 1992, April has held numerous postions at the club and National level and is presently active on the National Marketing Committee. April has successfully trained to Sch3 and competed nationally with Peka vom Bergblick Sch3 and Quaid von der Hegge (Lobo) Sch3. Billie vom Lensenhaus is April's latest training partner and they are busy preparing for the trial and show field in 2009. April is very proud as the breeder of the 2008 Top Scoring Canadian Bred Dog, Aris vom Lensenhaus, Sch3 (V) KK! (V) Congrats to Ros Jamieson and Aris on their accomplishments April and Billie earned their BH and preparing for SchH. 1. April is also working with Boca v Lensenhaus BH.
Jost Franke
Mount Albert, Ontario
Born in Germany Jost came to Canada in 1956. He bought his first GSD in 1960 and breeds occasionally under the kennel name of “Helenstein Kennel” Jost has been involved with confirmation shows, ckc obedience and Schutzhund since the early 1960’s. He has taught obedience for over 20years. Jost joined the first Schutzhund club in Ontario “The German Shepherd Dog club of Ontario in the late 70’s where he served as vice president until the clubs closure.
Jost's trip to Germany this year he found a new training partner Falk.
Rick Fulford

Rick has been involved in the sport for three years. Rick is one of the club helpers and is doing an excellent job at both training helper and trial helper. Looking for a new partner to start training.
Patricia Foley
Oshawa, ontario
Trish has been involved in the sport with her Rottweiler Heike and has titled her to SchH. 1. Trish has put a SchH. 1 on Cara with high score in SchH. 1. Trish and Cara received their SchH. 2 with High score in obedience. Trish and Cara received their SchH. 3 with high score in Tracking
Frank Auld
Club Helper
Frank began training in 2004, achieving a BH on GSD Target in '05. He is now busy developing foundation on his new training partner, Bex von Lensenhaus.
Frank and Bex acheived their BH title and are working towards their SchH. 1
Racine Hyatt ,CCM (CCRA pending)
Racine has her own business in Canine athletic conditioning, has been involved in various levels of dog training since 1991 and shares her life with several Boxers -
Racine has put a BH on her boxer Yummie and a SchH. 1 on her GSD Target. Waiting for her new pup to arrive.
Matt Robbins
Matt titled his first dog Heiko with BH and SchH. 1.
Matt is raising his 2 German import pups Cosma and Cindy.
Matt is also one of the valued helpers in our club.
Farzin Lachini
Farzin has many years experience in the sport and has competed successfully many times. After short break from the sport he is back to training with his dog Ilko de Lupus Saevus SchH. 1.
Raymond Au
Raymond has been involved in the sport for a few years and has titled his German Shepherd Morgan to a BH. Raymond is now doing the foundation work on his young bouvier Jetty.
Sajeev Nair
Sajeev is new to the sport with his young GSD from Crosshill kennels.
He is working very hard towards his BH in spring 2010.
Rob Muise
Rob started in the sport of Schutzhund 8 years ago with his Golden Retriever and received his BH. Traveling most weekends to Vermont were he learned helper work from Dr Hank DeBore. In the helper work he has worked with most breeds. He has titled Brax (Malinois) in SchH. 2. He has worked with many malinois but the breed was not for him so he purchased his first German Shepherd in 2007.
Rob is on the look out for a puppy to raise for the sport.
Marlene Amaral
Marlene is working with her import Vida towards her Schutzhund titles and her ZTP.
Ned Baker
Ned is new to the sport and working hard with his puppy Nina.
